Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 8, 2026

Origram is sold to schools and colleges, not to individuals. Your institution holds the contract with us; these Terms govern your personal use of the app it has given you access to.

1. Agreement to Terms

Anthronics Lab LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”) — a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, LLPIN ACW-4527, registered office Door No. 419/B, Vakery P.O., Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala, India – 673592 — provides the website anthronicslab.com and the Origram school and college ERP (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. Who the contract is with

Origram is licensed to educational institutions. Where your school or college has an agreement with us, that agreement governs the service itself — including availability, support and data processing. These Terms govern your individual use of the app.

If the two ever conflict on a matter between us and your institution, the institution’s agreement prevails.

3. Accounts

There is no public sign-up. Your institution creates your account and issues your sign-in details. You sign in with your registered phone number and a one-time code; there is no password.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Services lawfully. You agree not to:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit — assignments, uploaded documents and images, and anything else you enter.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to make it available to your own institution and the staff its permissions allow. We do not publish it, license it onward, or use it to promote the Services, and we claim no right to do so.

You confirm that what you submit is yours to submit.

6. Academic records

Attendance, marks, fee records and similar entries are your institution’s records. We store and present them; we do not author them. Disputes about their accuracy are for your institution to resolve, and it can correct them directly.

7. Payments

Where the app is used to pay fees or library fines, payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Payments are for real-world education services provided by your institution, not for digital content inside the app. Refunds are a matter between you and your institution, under its own fee policy; we can neither grant nor refuse one on its behalf.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, and their content, features and functionality, remain the property of Anthronics Lab LLP and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Origram® is our trademark. Our marks may not be used without prior written consent. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own content (section 5).

9. Third-party links and services

The Services link to third-party sites — your institution’s website, WhatsApp, map providers — and use third-party processors such as Razorpay. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Services running but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, and failures outside our control may interrupt access. Where your institution has an agreement with us setting availability commitments, that agreement governs.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law does not permit it to be excluded, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Termination

Your access ends when your institution closes your account or its agreement with us ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing prevents either party seeking urgent relief elsewhere where necessary.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Where a change is material we will update the effective date above and, where significant, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
