This policy covers the Origram school ERP app and this website. It is written against the shipping application code rather than from a template — if a practice is not described here, we do not do it.
1. Who we are
Anthronics Lab LLP (“we”, “us”) is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India on 18 March 2026 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ernakulam. LLP Identification Number ACW-4527.

We publish Origram, an ERP supplied to schools and colleges. This policy covers both of its apps: Origram, used by students and parents, and Origram Studio, used by teachers and school staff. Your institution decides what data is held about you and for how long: in data-protection terms your institution is the controller and we act as the processor on its instructions.
2. How accounts are created
There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by your school or college and issued to you. You sign in with your registered phone number and a one-time code; the app has no password. Staff accounts work the same way: your institution creates them and issues the sign-in, in Origram Studio as in Origram. We do not collect data from anyone who has not been enrolled or employed by an institution.

The assignment picker does not restrict file types, so anything you select — including photographs — is uploaded and visible to teaching staff at your institution.
4. What we do not collect
Stated plainly, because these are the things school apps are most often assumed to do:
- No device location. The app requests no location permission and never reads your device’s position. Bus positions on the map come from tracking hardware on the vehicle, not from your phone.
- No advertising. The app contains no ads and no advertising SDK, and we never share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics or comparable SDK in the app. We build no advertising or behavioural profile of you.
- No contacts, camera, microphone or storage scanning. The only Android permission the app declares is internet access.
5. How we use it
Only to run the service your institution has asked us to provide: signing you in, showing academic information, accepting submissions, recording attendance and leave, managing library loans, showing your bus, and taking payments. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train advertising or recommendation systems.

The app also links out to WhatsApp, Google Maps and your institution’s own website. Opening one of those leaves Origram, and the destination’s own privacy policy applies. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not otherwise transfer it to anyone.
7. Children
Origram Studio is a staff app. It is issued to teachers and school employees, who are adults. Nothing in this section applies to it, except that staff see the student records their role permits — those records are covered by the rest of this policy.
Origram holds records about school and college students, including children under 13 — but children under 13 do not use the app themselves. Where a student is under 13, the account is operated on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
The app processes data about young children, but it is not directed to them as users. Both facts are true and we do not want either obscured.
How this works in practice
- Accounts come from the institution, which creates them and issues sign-in details. We never collect data from a child directly, and there is no public sign-up.
- Under-13 accounts are operated by a parent or guardian, who receives the credentials from the institution.
- Older students use their own accounts, within the permissions their institution sets.
What we do not do
Whatever the age of the student whose record we hold, and whoever operates the account: no advertising, no tracking, analytics or behavioural profiling, no location, no public posting or messaging, and no sale or sharing of data beyond the recipients in section 6. Students cannot publish posts or comments; files uploaded to an assignment go to the teacher, never to a public feed.
Consent, and parents’ rights
Consent is obtained by the institution at enrolment, from the parent or guardian where the student is a child. The institution is also the fastest route for a parent to see, correct or remove a child’s record. A parent may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the institution.
8. Payments
Payments — school or college fees, library fines, and any usage fee — are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card, UPI and banking details are entered into Razorpay’s own secure flow. We never see or store your full card or bank details. We retain only what a receipt needs: amount, currency, status, timestamp and a payment reference. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
These payments are for real-world education services provided by your institution, not for digital content inside the app.
9. Security and retention
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Sign-in tokens are held in the device’s encrypted keystore, not in ordinary app storage.
- Access is limited by role: a student sees their own record, staff see what their role permits.
How long we keep it
Origram is an ERP, so the information it holds is your institution’s student record. We keep it for as long as your institution maintains that record and remains our customer.
- Academic and financial records are retained by your institution for the periods its own policy and Indian law require. These commonly outlast a student’s time at the institution, and it is the institution that decides how long.
- Our copy. Acting as processor, if your institution instructs us to delete a record, or stops using Origram, we delete or irreversibly anonymise our copy within 90 days, except where law obliges us to keep it longer.
- Sign-in tokens are short-lived and destroyed when you sign out or they expire.
10. Your rights, and deleting your data
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used.
- Start with your institution. It holds your record and can correct or remove it directly.
- Or write to us at developer@origram.in with your name, institution and registered phone number. We respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your profile, authentication tokens, submissions and app activity. Records your institution is legally required to retain remain with the institution. See our data deletion page for the full procedure.
The app has no in-app account-deletion button because accounts belong to the institution that issued them; the two routes above are how deletion is requested.
11. Indian data protection
We process personal data in India in line with the Information Technology Act 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) as it comes into force.
The DPDP Act treats everyone under 18 as a child. It requires verifiable parental consent before a child’s data is processed, and prohibits tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children. The app does none of those three things — see sections 4 and 7.

We acknowledge grievances on receipt and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied, the Data Protection Board of India is the escalation route once it is operational.
12. This website
anthronicslab.com is an informational site. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If you contact us through it, we use your message and contact details only to reply.
13. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.
