Your Right to Data Deletion

At Anthronics Lab, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Account profile and preferences
• Usage history and activity logs
• Any content you have submitted through our Services
• Device identifiers and analytics data linked to your account

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

1. Email Request
   Send an email to contact@anthronicslab.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and any relevant account identifiers.
2. In-App Request
   If you are using one of our mobile applications, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete My Data to submit a deletion request directly from the app.
3. Contact Form
   Visit our Contact page and submit a data deletion request through the form.

Processing Timeline

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:

• Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.
• Fraud Prevention: Information necessary to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Legitimate Business Interests: Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and deleted as soon as the retention obligation expires.

Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with third-party service providers, we will take reasonable steps to notify them of your deletion request. However, we cannot guarantee the actions of third parties. We recommend also contacting any third-party services directly.

Account Consequences

Please note that requesting data deletion may result in:

• Permanent closure of your account.
• Loss of access to purchased content or subscriptions.
• Inability to recover any data after deletion is complete.
